Our cloth comes from Makola Market in Accra, Ghana. The cloth is made in Ghana and is 100% cotton. The rest of this product is made of biodegradable materials such as cotton, linen, and wood. This makes the entire bag biodegradable and suitable for green burials. Most bags you buy for cremains come unlined, but we feel adding the extra layer gives our bags more strength. Each bag comes with a small card telling you about the name of the cloth and its meaning.
